10 more days to go with the LOAD challenge, I hope I have enough mojo to get through till the end.
It was so nice to not have to go to work today. We all had a pretty lazy day, except for me going out to grocery shop and getting caught in the rain.
If you can spare a few supportive thoughts for me tomorrow, I go to get my first mammogram, ugh. I'm so not looking forward to this at all.

Lisa, don't worry about the mammogram. It's not that bad, just uncomfortable for a bit (times two). I'm actually having one on Tuesday, too. I thought my appointment was for Monday and when I showed up, they told me it was tomorrow. Oh well.
I had my first one this year too, and it wasn't as bad as I thought. I think those women who don't have to cart around as much as me tend to get pinched and pulled more, so it's more painful. My biggest problems were that:
A) The building was under heavy remodel, so there were workmen wandering around while I was walking from room to room in my little gown, and
B) There were troubles with the new machines that had just been installed, so several people had to come into the room and futz around with it while I sat there in my little gown.

Good luck with the mammo! I've had two, first one wasn't so bad, I think they take it easy on you so you'll go back because the second one hurt like hell! :)
