But, seeing that the title of this blog is Lazy Scrapper Lounge, with the emphasis on "LAZY", I should just accept that I will post erratically.
Anyway, have had some fun things going on recently that I will be sharing. Had an awesome scrappy weekend away with the girls from 4/4 to 4/6 - and I didn't take one photos. So I will have to snag some from Lara, Grace, Ann, Rene, Robin, and Lisa. Got to meet Jule and Tracy, who were loads of fun too. I scrapped 20 Alaska pages, just need to get titles and journaling on them and then I can share.
Drove on a field trip yesterday with Hannah's class to Smith Family Farms, hopefully I got some good shots there, the kids had a wonderful time.
Now, here is the reason that pushed me to post today. This is absolutely HUGE for me, I mean like GINORMUS. As most of you know, I bowl in a handicap league on Friday nights. And I am the handicap, LOL. Really, my average is a lot lower than Todd's and the others on my team, so when we play other teams that are better than us, they have to "give" us some pins to balance things out. That way, we have a chance to beat some of the really good teams. Now the team we played last night is my favorite team, in fact, we used to be on the team with Tony, Courtney and Harold back when we used to bowl 5 years ago. Now you can imagine how if felt to be me, lowly little 130 bowler surrounded by these over 200 average guys (Todd included) but we had such fun - I love these guys. And for whatever reason, I seem to bowl pretty well when we are on the lanes with them. But last night - wow! I bowled my very first duece! And I got my first over 500 series! They gave me plenty of grief but they were very happy for me too. And here is my proof...I may have it framed.

See it there in the second game? A 202, and I shot it with 5 strikes in a row near the end of the game. My third game wasn't bad either - all three over my 140 average. Go me!
I want to get some photos of the guys, but they frown on flashes going off during league, so I may just have to get some casual stuff when we are in Vegas at the end of league in June.
