Anyway, yesterday we were in the midst of Season 2, and Elton John was the guest star. One of my favorites by far when I was a kid. I walked into the room and said "oh Elton John!" And Hannah says, "I know, isn't he dreamy?"
I'll give you a moment to let that sink in....
I have loved Elton John's music for a long long time, but never once in my life would I consider him "dreamy" material. But apparently my little girl is a sucker for a musician (she is a bit like her momma that way).
Here are a couple of song cuts from that episode.
Now, this one isn't from the Elton John episode, but it is one of my favorite bits and one of the most enduring.

Oh!! Love the trip down memory lane. I might just have to get these for Ben and Allie (?) ;-) LOL at Hannah's comment about EJohn. I thought he was dreamy once upon a time as well. Just don't tell her he dressed like that even when he wasn't playacting with the muppets. hahaha
The judge on the left? Spitting image of my father...and his comments fit as well. We used to say that EVERY time we saw him.
That is too funny! Elton John is one of my favourite (our first wedding dance was "Your Song") musicians but I too have never thought of him as dreamy.
Dreamy? Oh that had me cracking up!
